When you turn the Waze Car Dock APP and press and hold waze on Button waze Loaded and the brightness of the screen go to 100% and the sound media go up to 100% Automatically (for root user the gps turn on Automatically)Bluetooth ON Automatically mobile data turn on Automatically
OFF BUTTON :
When you exit WAEZ press waze off Button Automatically the brightness of the screen go to Automatic Brightness and the sound media go up to current level Automatically (for root user the gps turn off Automatically)Bluetooth OFF Automatically

Update: We're not sure how legit this update, but digitalspy published an article a few days later saying that they checked with repetitions for the Hughes Brothers, directors of the movie, and we were told that this rumor 'not true' download Waze Car Dock FULL 1.1.5 apk free .
